This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Prepare construction sites by removing debris and assisting with the setup of site logistics.
• Load and unload construction materials, transporting them to designated staging areas.
• Operate small to medium-sized tools effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist equipment operators by guiding materials as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance on small and medium-sized tools and equipment utilized on-site.
• Help in the installation and removal of scaffolding, forms, and/or barricades.
• Report any hazards on site or equipment malfunctions to the site supervision team.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a laborer or in the construction field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment, including performing heavy lifting and enduring long periods of standing or kneeling.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adhere to safety protocols.
• A basic understanding of construction plans and drawings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• A valid driver’s license may be necessary.
