This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and efficiently manage a substantial volume of accounting transactions with exceptional accuracy across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries.

• Adhere to specific guidelines for account reconciliations, troubleshooting, and resolving escalated issues as necessary.

• Rise to the occasion during critical closing periods to fully manage intricate account reconciliations and bank statement reconciliations while pinpointing discrepancies.

• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service, responding to customer communications in a respectful, professional, and timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and uphold internal accounting controls.

• Prepare and maintain precise accounting reports and financial documentation, keeping abreast of company policies, products, and services through participation in training programs.

• Foster a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times, collaborating across departments and performing additional duties as assigned.

• Consistently achieve or surpass specific performance targets and financial KPIs to support overall business growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of solid experience in a dedicated general accounting position.

• An Associate’s degree in Accounting, a related field, or equivalent proven practical experience.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices, including full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Direct, hands-on experience with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite. (Experience with other accounting software like SAP is advantageous).

• Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite (with a strong emphasis on intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook usage).

• A CPA license is a significant advantage that will greatly enhance your application.
