📋 Description

• Assess and oversee user-generated content within the social media landscape to ensure adherence to global safety regulations.

• Work alongside Generative AI models to enhance content classification and detect subtle patterns and potential threats.

• Review flagged content and reports in Italian to uphold high community standards.

• Keep abreast of emerging social media trends to enhance the identification of misinformation and harmful content.

• Offer feedback and actionable recommendations to optimize automated Trust and Safety algorithms.

• Keep thorough records of moderation decisions while complying with privacy and data protection standards.

• Engage in team discussions to address policy modifications and exchange best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Italian, both spoken and written.

• A valid EU passport is necessary.

• Interest in technology, social media, AI, and digital ethics.

• Outstanding analytical abilities and good judgment in complex content situations.

• Previous experience in trust and safety, moderation, or customer service is highly advantageous.

• Professional proficiency in English.
