Functional Psychiatry Clinical Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist patients in navigating the enrollment, onboarding, and transition processes into the Functional Psychiatry Membership Program.

• Act as the main administrative contact, delivering support and educational resources throughout the patient’s journey.

• Track patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans, performing follow-ups as necessary.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth transitions in care and continuity.

• Ensure accurate documentation and monitor patient progress, enrollment efforts, and participation in the program.

• Resolve and escalate issues related to billing, insurance, or clinical matters to the appropriate departments.

• Contribute to program growth and quality enhancement initiatives by identifying obstacles and improving the patient experience.

• Current RN license and experience in a mental health or behavioral healthcare environment.

• Exceptional skills in patient coordination, communication, and customer service.

• Capability to establish rapport with patients and provide support throughout their care journey.

• Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with providers and cross-functional teams.

• Competence in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer-based systems.

• A proactive, patient-centered approach dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while ensuring productivity and accountability.
