This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Provide scientific and clinical support to investigators and site staff to facilitate clinical trials.
• Ensure that study sites have a comprehensive understanding of the study design and procedures.
• Assist in achieving the goals of clinical trials.
• Act as a recruitment specialist by developing and optimizing strategies at both the site and study levels.
• Promote successful patient enrollment.
• Engage with sites and participate in industry meetings and conferences.
• Implement strategies to enhance patient access and carry them out effectively.
• Collaborate with medical and scientific leaders, advocates, and key decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Convert best practices into actionable local strategies.
• Build relationships and recruit suitable sites for trial participation.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, with the ability to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• A well-established scientific and clinical network along with strong networking abilities.
• Proven success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
• Capability to discuss and apply technical, scientific, and clinical expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in local medical language(s).
• Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape.
• Strong business, technical, and analytical capabilities.
• Openness and flexibility to learn about new therapeutic areas and products.
• Critical thinking skills and operational proficiency.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the country.
• A doctoral degree, such as an M.D., PharmD, or PhD, is mandatory.
• Experience in a clinical research setting within Pharma, Biotech, or CRO, particularly in scientific and/or clinical operations, is preferred.
• Comprehensive scientific and medical knowledge with a grasp of clinical development processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
