Functional Oracle ERP Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, which encompasses General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting Hub Cloud Service.

• Organize stakeholder workshops, collect business requirements, and conduct fit-gap assessments to outline future-state finance processes.

• Develop and regulate enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and comprehensive finance solutions.

• Collaborate with finance and technology teams to establish integration requirements and ensure adherence to Oracle's best practices.

• Assist in implementation activities, including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and solution governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar leadership position.

• 8 to 12+ years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.

• At least 5 years of practical experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.

• In-depth knowledge of finance and project accounting processes, such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Project Financial Management.

• Experience in conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and supporting governance frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in creating functional specifications and validating comprehensive business solutions.

• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise finance transformation initiatives and best-practice process design.

• Preferred: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
