This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of developing machine-readable files for hospital and health system clients.
• Utilize knowledge of contract pricing structures to assist clients in analyzing payer-provider contracts and rates.
• Address key business and infrastructure challenges through targeted analysis, insightful inquiries, and data extraction on behalf of clients.
• Deliver extensive analytics support, equipping clients with self-service tools and resources for data access.
• Actively seek and prioritize technical feedback by engaging with clients.
• Manage special projects from Product, Sales, or Customer Success to brainstorm features, advance ongoing deals, and enhance client relationships.
• Enhance understanding of Turquoise’s product offerings and customer use cases to identify new opportunities for product development.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their data and reporting needs and relay this information to the engineering team.
• Work alongside the Product Team, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to ensure that client feedback influences product development.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare consulting within a technical or analytical capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payer-provider contracting, reimbursement processes, claims pricing, hospital revenue cycles, and factors that affect healthcare costs.
• Proficient SQL skills are essential.
• Familiarity with additional analytical languages and BI tools is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to quality assurance in your work and the work of team members.
• Possess analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, and creative thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across various levels of seniority and functions.
• Must be based in the United States.
