Fullstack Engineer, Java, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test full-stack functionalities, utilizing Java/Spring microservices for the backend and Angular for the frontend, to ensure optimal performance and reliability while working with maps, geocoding APIs, and administrative frameworks across various countries.

• Take ownership of and enhance CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud-native infrastructure on GCP that supports your team's services.

• Maintain and optimize both relational and NoSQL data storage solutions, including PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis, which are essential for logistics workflows.

• Address and resolve production incidents; engage in post-mortem analyses and implement follow-up enhancements.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot and Claude to speed up delivery while critically assessing the outputs produced.

• Collaborate with Tech Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX designers to translate business requirements into robust engineering solutions.

• Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of team practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in Agile methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of technology, market trends, and standards prevalent in software development.

• Practical expertise in Java, Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

• Awareness of the necessity to automate the software delivery process, along with hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis.

• Experience in developing cloud-native applications is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with mobile app products will be considered an asset.

• Proficient in English at a professional level (minimum B2+).

• Demonstrated independence, proactivity, and effective organization of work.

• Possess a consumer-centric mindset.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to boost productivity, expedite development, and tackle complex problems.

• Capability to critically assess AI-generated outputs and integrate them responsibly within professional workflows.
