Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and construct backend services that link custody, fiat operations, policies, and operational workflows.

• Create and sustain APIs and services for ACH, wire transfers, card transactions, permissions, AML/compliance workflows, and reporting.

• Implement and assess Solidity smart contracts, concentrating on accuracy, security, and upgradeability.

• Participate in threat modeling, security assessments, and audit/vendor management.

• Work together on the design and execution of customer-focused applications (currently utilizing Dart/Flutter).

• Take ownership of segments of the audit/security review processes for your designated areas of the stack.

• Liaise with external security firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as a backend or full-stack engineer, preferably within early-stage fintech (such as Plaid, Brex, Ramp, or modern neobanks).

• Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, wallets, or projects related to stablecoins.

• Proficient in Solidity smart contracts or a readiness to engage in security-sensitive logic.

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and operational workflows (including ACH, wires, cards, permissions, AML/compliance).

• Ability to collaborate on frontend/product development is advantageous (experience with Dart/Flutter is a plus).

• Strong comprehension of security best practices for managing customer funds.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in dynamic early-stage environments.
