Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team consisting of engineers, product managers, and product designers to introduce new products, features, and experiments.

• Design and refine onboarding, activation, adoption, and monetization experiences that deliver quick, repeatable value and transform first-time users into loyal supporters.

• Participate in product discovery, engage in code reviews, and offer ad-hoc support to fellow team members.

• Work alongside engineers throughout the department to pinpoint and execute enhancements to our processes and systems.

• Disseminate your knowledge and insights throughout the organization via tech talks and internal/external publications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid full-stack knowledge, with demonstrated experience in creating user-facing products from start to finish: encompassing modern frontend development (preferably with React or a similar component-based framework), backend logic, API design, and integrations with external systems, ideally using TypeScript and Node.js.

• Enhance engineering efficiency by effectively leveraging AI coding assistants in daily tasks and fostering a culture of AI adoption to simplify repetitive activities and elevate team-wide developer productivity.

• Proficient in utilizing data, funnels, analytics, and A/B testing to determine future projects and facilitate ongoing improvements.

• A pragmatic engineering mindset, prioritizing simplicity in solutions while maintaining high-quality code within a delivery-oriented environment.

• A strong desire to engage in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative workspace that values constructive feedback.

• Capability to collaborate with mainly remote colleagues located across EMEA.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
