Fullstack Developer – React, NodeJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Join our team as a Fullstack React / Node developer for one of our key clients.

• This client is from the Retail sector (100% remote).

• The role involves 60% Frontend and 40% Node.

• Contribute to distributed architectures.

• Complete the end-to-end cycle without relying on another team for the service layer.

• Operate seamlessly in environments where the interface and backend share responsibility from day one.

• Collaborate with multi-product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in building products end-to-end.

• Expert-level proficiency in frontend development.

• Development experience with integrated AI in your workflow.

• Frontend (core) with React + TypeScript as the foundation: developing modern SPAs using React, Vite, and TypeScript.

• Work with the internal Design System to create consistent and accessible interfaces.

• Familiarity with microfrontends culture and module federation.

• Backend experience with Node: Developing backend services using Node.js + TypeScript (Express, Fastify, NestJS, or similar).

• API-First mindset: consuming and co-designing OpenAPI REST contracts.

• Event-driven: working with asynchronous messaging flows.

• Daily usage of AI tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.

• Handling agent-based workflows: defining skills, automations, and delegating tasks to agents.

• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).

• Engineering judgment to integrate AI-generated outputs into real codebases.

• Quality assurance: unit, integration, and e2e testing with high coverage and automated quality gates.
