Fullstack Developer, Python/React, Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Software Engineering: Create and develop APIs, services, and microservices (Python with Flask/FastAPI) to manage and deliver data efficiently, securely, and in a manner that's easy to observe.

• Architecture and Evolution: Enjoy the freedom to design solutions and suggest enhancements for both existing and new products, ensuring they are scalable and adaptable in the cloud (GCP).

• Frontend and UX: Improve the interface of our internal applications (React), guaranteeing an intuitive and high-performance user experience.

• Data Orchestration: Develop and sustain automated workflows using Airflow (Composer) for the automation and monitoring of data procedures.

• Governance and Reuse: Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for component reuse and establish patterns that support the activities of engineering teams.

• Technical Reference: Act as a resource for both Backend and Frontend, engaging in code quality reviews (PRs) and providing approvals.

• People Development: Aid in the technical and professional advancement of team members and other teams, fostering collective growth.

• Data-Driven Culture and Quality: Maintain data integrity and security, making all decisions based on trustworthy metrics and development best practices.

• Autonomy and Ownership: Operate with a sense of ownership, proactively recommending ongoing enhancements, swiftly adapting to changes in scope, and delivering significant value to our users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python: Extensive experience in Backend development and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar.

• Frontend with React: Experience in creating modern interfaces using JavaScript and React.

• Systems Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices, distributed architectures, and the creation/consumption of APIs (REST/GraphQL).

• Data Expertise: Skilled in SQL and experienced in designing ingestion/processing architectures for Data Lakes / Data Warehouses.

• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Google Cloud Platform), and Big Data concepts.

• Orchestration: Experience with Airflow (Composer) or similar tools.

• Agile Mindset: Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, emphasizing innovation and flexibility.

• Technical Leadership: Ability to offer technical guidance and serve as a reference for code quality and best practices.
