Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain our web application across the entire stack — from user interface to backend logic.

• Create and deploy product features across our modules: ticketing, documents, knowledge base, and team communication.

• Integrate frontend and backend through well-defined APIs and organized data flows.

• Establish reliable pipelines for document and email processing along with third-party integrations.

• Create and enhance agents for our expanding template library.

• Function within an AI-first development environment supported by Claude/Cursor.

• Oversee version control and team collaboration utilizing GitHub.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing production web backends or full-stack applications — having taken charge of schema design, indexing, and query performance, rather than merely performing CRUD operations on existing models.

• Strong backend and systems-design expertise – capable of constructing a database from scratch (including tables, relationships, and indexes) and understanding database load, query performance, and data growth, rather than just writing CRUD against an existing schema.

• Familiarity with queues, background jobs, and long-running workflows, along with the ability to make difficult design trade-offs involved.

• You consider reliability, scalability, and maintainability as fundamental priorities. If you’ve read "Designing Data-Intensive Applications" (Kleppmann) – or simply approach problems in that manner – you will thrive here.

• Proficiency in English for asynchronous remote collaboration; knowledge of German is not necessary.

• You work independently and take full responsibility for your tasks.

• Comfort in working under performance pressure.

• Quick to grasp new concepts and maintain a disciplined approach to your work.
