Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend functionalities using React and Node.js.

• Create our primary products, which include donation checkouts, embeddable widgets, and portals for donors and partners.

• Architect and implement system components capable of scaling to support millions of transactions each month.

• Produce clean, well-documented, and thoroughly testable code.

• Lead architecture and technical design discussions to discover elegant solutions for intricate challenges.

• Guide colleagues through thoughtful code reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify project requirements and influence the roadmap.

• Actively identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in fullstack development.

• Profound understanding of modern JavaScript, including event loops, closures, promises, and prototypes.

• Expert proficiency in React and its ecosystem, with familiarity in Vue being an added advantage.

• Strong backend skills with Node.js, with a preference for experience in Koa or NestJS.

• Familiarity with Webpack configuration, performance optimization, and profiling techniques.

• A meticulous eye for detail, along with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
