Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain robust frontend and backend functionalities utilizing React and Node.js.

• Create our essential products, such as donation checkouts, embeddable widgets, and donor/partner portals.

• Architect and construct system components capable of scaling to accommodate millions of monthly transactions.

• Produce clean, well-documented, and easily testable code.

• Lead architecture and technical design discussions to uncover elegant solutions for intricate challenges.

• Guide colleagues through thoughtful code reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify requirements and influence the roadmap.

• Actively identify and address bugs, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional fullstack development experience.

• Profound knowledge of modern JavaScript (including event loop, closures, promises, and prototypes).

• Expert-level skills in React and its ecosystem (familiarity with Vue is an advantage).

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js (experience with Koa or NestJS is highly desirable).

• Familiarity with Webpack configuration, performance tuning, and profiling.

• A sharp attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
