Full-stack Tech Lead, Python Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Establish the reference architecture for the portal, encompassing frontend, backend, authentication, integration, and observability.

• Ensure alignment of API contracts with the integration layer, including OpenAPI, versioning, error modeling, and idempotence.

• Define resilience parameters for dependencies such as timeouts, retries, and fallback or degradation strategies.

• Set engineering standards, including repositories, CI/CD practices, code reviews, quality gates, and the Definition of Done.

• Provide guidance on performance and SEO considerations, focusing on SSR/SSG in Next.js, caching, and CDN utilization.

• Collaborate with the Salesforce replatforming initiative to support the system-of-record, critical workflows, and coexistence strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred) and service design methodologies.

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, SSR/SEO, and web performance optimization.

• Familiarity with API-first design principles and enterprise integration patterns.

• Knowledge of observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) and troubleshooting techniques.

• Practical experience with GCP, including Cloud Run, IAM, and logging/monitoring services.

• Understanding of event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub) for process decoupling.

• Background in using MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.

• Experience with CIAM/IdP solutions such as Okta, Azure AD B2C, Identity Platform, or comparable systems.
