Full Stack Staff Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement robust and scalable systems throughout our complete technology stack.

• Build server-side logic, design and oversee databases, and develop responsive front-end interfaces.

• Design solutions using TypeScript, while working with SQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases.

• Guide other developers to promote a culture of code quality and best practices.

• Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver innovative and solid experiences.

• Influence team direction with strategic insights and a commitment to ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in full stack development.

• Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and system architecture.

• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies.

• Excellent leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of mentoring junior developers.

• Enthusiasm for clean, maintainable code and automated testing.
