Full-Stack Software Engineer – .NET, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop high-performance applications: Design, create, and sustain scalable software that drives the Opendorse platform.

• Manage backend services: Write clean, testable code in .NET to provide reliable APIs and implement business logic.

• Design modern interfaces: Utilize React and TypeScript to build engaging, responsive user interfaces that ensure an exceptional user experience.

• Harness AI development tools: Employ AI-assisted workflows to speed up development, enhance quality, minimize repetitive tasks, and influence how our engineering team develops software.

• Handle data confidently: Work with SQL Server for effective data storage, querying, and management.

• Prioritize quality: Create unit and integration tests to guarantee our systems are robust and maintainable.

• Collaborate for success: Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.

• Foster technical growth: Participate in architectural decisions, code quality efforts, and performance enhancements throughout the stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Proficient in .NET, C#, and REST APIs.

• Experienced in developing React + TypeScript frontends.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar tools) is an advantage, but a growth mindset and eagerness to learn are most important.

• Comfortable working with relational databases, particularly SQL Server.

• Clear communicator with a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
