Full Stack Product Engineer, AI Enabled Products

📋 Description

• Immerse yourself from day one by enhancing and refining our platform throughout the technology stack.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to comprehend code, implement modifications, troubleshoot issues, write tests, and validate functionality.

• Engage in a comprehensive range of product tasks aimed at enhancing the customer experience, including new features, fixes, quality assurance, deployment, and follow-up.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, operations, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure that our releases effectively address real customer challenges.

• Enhance product areas by improving usability, reliability, data quality, and operational workflows throughout your journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2-4 years of experience in developing, launching, and maintaining production web applications.

• Be adept at working across both frontend and backend systems.

• Have the ability to read, debug, and modify production code confidently.

• Bring experience with React or comparable frontend frameworks.

• Have backend experience in Python or similar server-side technologies.

• Be familiar with SQL databases like Postgres or other relational systems.

• Feel comfortable utilizing AI-assisted development tools in practical development tasks.

• Carefully examine, test, and validate AI-assisted outputs before deployment.

• Utilize AI to aid in code comprehension, generate implementation alternatives, troubleshoot issues, or confirm product functionality.

• Have a strong commitment to ensuring that what you deliver works effectively for users, rather than merely focusing on code integration.

• Be ready to engage in hands-on tasks such as testing, debugging, cleaning up, documenting, and following through on releases.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail concerning edge cases, user workflows, data accuracy, and production performance.

• Seek out small opportunities for product improvement while working in specific areas.

• Find motivation in enhancing complex workflows, especially for products utilized by businesses or enterprise clients.

• Have proven experience in an agile environment, taking initiative, and delivering products while actively contributing to collaborative design, engineering, and product teams.
