Full Stack Product Engineer, Agent Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of feature delivery for the Aedeon product, including the findings dashboard, agent pipeline UI, onboarding, workspace management, and future planned features.

• Develop entirely through agentic coding workflows. Create specifications and tests, allow agents to implement, review, and deploy.

• Establish and maintain test-driven development across the product codebase. Select tools, define coverage thresholds, and integrate into continuous integration. If it’s not tested, it won’t merge.

• Measure engineering performance through test coverage, deployment frequency, sprint velocity, and defect rates. No metric, no claim.

• Release to production at the end of every sprint. No carry-overs, no "almost complete."

• Collaborate with 2 existing full-stack engineers. Your workflow, testing discipline, and velocity set the benchmark.

• Partner with the agent engineering team to display pipeline outputs, code intelligence graphs, findings, and migration recommendations within the product UI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building production web applications, specifically using React and Node.js (MERN stack) with TypeScript.

• Agentic coding is a fundamental part of your daily routine, not an experiment or occasional practice. You can illustrate the difference in output.

• Experience in creating testing infrastructure from the ground up, including framework selection, coverage standards, CI integration, and team adoption.

• You have a metrics-driven mindset. You've monitored engineering performance previously and made decisions based on the data.

• You consistently deliver results. Reliable output every sprint, rather than bursts of activity followed by silence.

• You enhance the team's efficiency, not just your own. Your pull requests educate others. Your setups evolve into team infrastructure. Your patterns are widely adopted.

• You have strong opinions about quality while being pragmatic about project scope.
