This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for extensive operational systems.
• Create and enhance applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, React, and associated technologies.
• Work in close collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Engineers, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation sessions, and daily stand-ups.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in accordance with established engineering best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in software design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making within the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing code quality, performance, and development practices.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver features and enhancements that align with business priorities.
• Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in modern software development technologies and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Practical experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and contemporary web application development practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating frontend and backend systems.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
