• Develop and sustain the Python codebase for the main automation engine, encompassing data ingestion pipelines, standardization logic, and matching algorithms.
• Design and execute ETL middleware solutions that accurately and efficiently process, validate, and transform data from various sources.
• Construct output pipelines for Excel and PDF formats using pandas, openpyxl, and xlsxwriter to create detailed reports and reconciliation documents.
• Create responsive frontend components with React.js that allow users to engage with automation workflows and visualize outcomes.
• Convert business rules into scalable code by working closely with stakeholders to grasp matching scenarios, reconciliation logic, and classification needs.
• Develop thorough unit tests with pytest to guarantee code quality, reliability, and maintainability throughout the entire stack.
• Document matching rules and reconciliation scenarios based on interactions with stakeholders, acting as a liaison between technical execution and business needs.
• Collaborate with senior developers to design solutions that achieve a balance of performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Over 4 years of experience in software development.
• More than 3 years of practical Python development with demonstrated production experience.
• Strong proficiency with pandas, openpyxl, and xlsxwriter for data manipulation and report creation.
• Solid experience in building user interfaces utilizing React.js.
• Proficient in unit testing frameworks (pytest) and version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively within a distributed team.
• Experience with SQLAlchemy for ORM and database abstraction (desirable).
• Experience in PostgreSQL database design and optimization (desirable).
• Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence tools (desirable).
• Experience with ETL frameworks or data pipeline orchestration (desirable).
• Knowledge of API development and REST principles (desirable).
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and DevOps tools (desirable).
• Background in financial reconciliation or data matching domains (desirable).
