• Build, recruit, lead, and mentor a high-achieving team of SDRs
• Provide consistent coaching to the team, promote the adoption of best practices, and maintain their motivation to exceed quotas
• Design and implement innovative outbound lead generation strategies to meet sales goals
• Establish clear objectives and KPIs for the team
• Regularly report on individual and team performance, as well as accurately forecast monthly and quarterly quota achievements
• Oversee and enhance all outbound activities and processes
• Execute effective lead nurturing processes to ensure a consistent influx of qualified leads
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments
• Organize regular training sessions and workshops to improve the skills and knowledge of the SDR team
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS
• At least 2 years in an SDR Manager position (or a comparable role)
• Proven experience managing SDRs with a focus on the US market
• Must be available to work US Central shift hours from our Bangalore office
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding outbound sales development results and meeting sales targets in enterprise sales (Accounts with over 5k employees)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset, skilled in data analysis and reporting
• Good understanding of sales performance metrics
• Driven personality with a strong desire to grow and succeed
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Capability to excel in the fast-paced and dynamic nature of a rapidly changing environment
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a plus) and other sales tools
• Additional points for experience with ABM platforms or Intent platforms (such as Demand Base, 6Sense, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
