Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Execute product features comprehensively across the web application, from the React frontend to the Node.js / Express API, utilizing strictly typed TypeScript.

• Implement features within the React interface and the Node.js API, design and refine queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB, engage with real-time data via WebSockets, create automated unit and integration tests, and actively contribute to code review processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience developing production web applications in TypeScript from end to end, encompassing React UI, Node.js / Express API, and database integration.

• Proficient in React (hooks) with a solid background in state management technologies such as Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, RTK Query, Thunks, MobX, XState, or comparable frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with both relational and document-based databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB, or similar alternatives).

• Expertise in REST API design and asynchronous operations: well-defined endpoint contracts, request validation, consistent error management, background jobs, cron jobs, and queue-driven processing.

• Familiarity with production observability tools: structured logging, error tracking (such as Sentry), and the capability to trace issues from user reports back to their root causes.

• Strong commitment to testing (both unit and integration), disciplined version control practices, and clear written communication suitable for a remote, asynchronous team.
