Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional features and enhancements for SaaS products, engaging with both front-end and back-end technologies.

• Offer technical guidance, assisting team members in achieving reliable estimates while advancing best practices.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business priorities.

• Cultivate and enhance a developer community by contributing to guilds, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices.

• Actively engage in sprint planning and execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of incremental improvements.

• Document technical methodologies and maintain a strong focus on testing, CI/CD, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in implementing web applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.

• Proficiency in developing microservices with Node.js, along with familiarity with REST, GraphQL, asynchronous messaging, and data formats such as JSON.

• Strong skills in NoSQL databases like MongoDB and search technologies including Elasticsearch or Atlas Search.

• Comprehensive understanding of automated testing (unit tests, integration tests, and test coverage) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with experience in supporting developers in a remote, collaborative setting.

• A practical approach to problem-solving coupled with adaptability to change.
