Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to thoroughly understand and clarify business needs, translating them into effective technical solutions.

• Navigate the complete product lifecycle as a full-stack engineer: from requirements gathering, scoping, and planning through to implementation and deployment, utilizing advanced AI tools to enhance and optimize every phase.

• Clearly articulate and break down technical concepts during client interactions and team discussions.

• Seamlessly work across application layers, employing AI tools to quickly acquire new skills and tackle diverse engineering challenges. While our primary stack includes TypeScript/Vue.js for the frontend and Java or Python for the backend, we prioritize strong foundational engineering skills that enable adaptability as project directions change.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to robust development principles.

• Conduct code reviews and actively engage in team knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience: Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, or Vue.js is advantageous, but we value your capability to adapt to new stacks and collaborate with the team to deliver value using the most suitable technology for the project.

• Tech-Agnostic Mindset: A solid grounding in core development principles (OOP, functional programming, clean code, architecture) rather than being constrained to a single language or framework.

• AI-Augmented Workflow: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) as an integral part of your workflow, enabling faster development, quick learning of new stacks, and automation of routine tasks.

• Adaptability: Capacity to broaden or shift technical focus to align with changing project objectives—whether front-end, back-end, or emerging technologies.

• Communication: Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written.
