Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product features encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

• Design workflows for customers and internal teams related to onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk management.

• Transform unclear product challenges into functional systems featuring intuitive user experiences and dependable backend logic.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineering teams to accelerate launches and enhance products post-release.

• Create internal tools and automation solutions that minimize manual tasks and enable teams to function efficiently at scale.

• Take ownership of your contributions beyond their initial release: monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, gather insights, and enhance features.

• Extensive experience in full stack engineering with tangible, deployed products.

• Proficient across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.

• Strong frontend development skills utilizing React, Next.js, Vue, or a comparable modern technology stack.

• Solid understanding of backend principles related to APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and system reliability.

• Keen product insight and the capability to streamline complex workflows.

• Ability to work swiftly amidst uncertainty and take full responsibility for outcomes from start to finish.
