Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot features across the platform.

• Create and oversee integrations with external APIs and services.

• Engage in both frontend (React Native, Flutter, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js) development.

• Ensure the product's performance, security, and scalability as it evolves.

• Take part in code reviews and help establish best practices.

• Be a key member of a small, agile team where you will own projects from start to finish and influence decisions with long-term implications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack engineering, preferably in SaaS or startup environments.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React Native, Flutter, and Node.js.

• Experience with APIs and integrations, including payment processors, financial systems, CRMs, and more.

• Advanced proficiency in the English language.

• Previous experience in small teams or startups where you have taken on multiple roles.

• Strong understanding of databases, performance enhancement, and security practices.

• A proactive, strategic mindset focused on ownership — comfortable working independently while collaborating closely to ensure scalability, adaptability, and maintainability.
