Full Stack Developer – Outbound, Selfservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop backend systems that facilitate dynamic call routing, queue management, and workflows driven by configuration.

• Build services that support outbound campaign management and customization of dialers.

• Work in conjunction with UI teams to enhance self-service interfaces utilized by business users.

• Integrate applications with a variety of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Abstract and manage business logic externally from Amazon Connect to allow for flexible configurations.

• Ensure systems provide real-time updates without the need for deployments.

• Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.

• Engage in code reviews, debugging, and provide production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Practical experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Strong grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Docker.

• Knowledge of configuration-driven systems or platforms that allow business users to manage workflows is advantageous.

• Familiarity with contact center platforms, IVR systems, or tools such as Amazon Connect is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
