Full-stack Developer – .NET, React/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing .NET (C#) for back-end operations and either React or Angular for front-end development.

• Write and optimize intricate SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures.

• Create and consume RESTful APIs while integrating with external systems.

• Develop and support HL7 interfaces to facilitate healthcare data exchanges between clinical and administrative systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and business stakeholders, to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Deploy and oversee applications in Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and more.

• Engage in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions.

• Diagnose production issues and implement enhancements for performance.

• Provide support for claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity throughout the claims lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in full stack development.

• Strong expertise in .NET / C# and proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework, either React or Angular.

• Substantial experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.

• Practical experience in RESTful API development and integrating third-party services.

• Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools like Git.

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, especially HL7 messaging formats (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.).

• Understanding of claims processing concepts, including 837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, and payer/provider data flows.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
