Full Stack Developer, .NET, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with fellow developers and AI coding agents to create and enhance software products for RamSoft.

• Design and implement new software features, as well as resolving bugs and coding projects.

• Develop automated unit and integration tests for the projects and bug fixes that have been implemented.

• Analyze requirements and revise documentation to reflect actual project implementations.

• Regularly review and update internal tracking systems.

• Provide assistance and guidance to other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues.

• Engage in team meetings, sharing ideas, updates, and contributing to product development discussions.

• Mentor team members in areas of expertise.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in React and JavaScript, with experience across multiple frameworks.

• Skilled in .NET Core C#, with a background in microservices.

• Knowledge of web programming and familiarity with browser standards.

• Experience in utilizing RESTful APIs.

• Practical experience working with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools).

• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced tech start-up environment.

• Proven experience in contributing to a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic team.

• Background in creating agent workflows, custom tools/MCP servers, or evaluation harnesses for AI coding agents, or evidence of producing high-quality outputs at scale.

• Experience in leading teams or mentoring fellow engineers.

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining a single website or product for over a year.
