Full Stack Developer, Desktop Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create agent desktop interfaces for call management, workflows, and real-time interactions.

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs utilizing Python.

• Integrate applications with contact center solutions like Amazon Connect.

• Execute voice authentication and fraud detection integrations (e.g., Pindrop).

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB).

• Enhance performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Splunk).

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for development and deployment.

• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and produce high-quality, testable code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Python and backend development.

• Expertise in React (preferred) and contemporary frontend technologies.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (SNS, SQS).

• Practical experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway).

• Knowledge of telephony concepts (SIP, call flows).

• Experience with voice authentication/fraud detection systems (e.g., Pindrop) is advantageous.

• Background in CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Strong grasp of security best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
