Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and improve the ServiceNow platform;

• Design and sustain workflows, flows, and automations utilizing Flow Designer;

• Create and modify forms, tables, Business Rules, ACLs, and access policies;

• Build solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts;

• Engage in the implementation and maintenance of Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes;

• Administer the Service Catalog, SLAs, and support queues;

• Sustain and advance the CMDB (Configuration Management Database);

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs;

• Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, operations, and service governance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology or related fields;

• Experience in the development and administration of the ServiceNow platform;

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript;

• Familiarity with Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts;

• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub;

• Knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations;

• Understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices;

• Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLA management.

• Desired

• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD;

• Knowledge of integrations with SAP, Jira, and monitoring tools;

• Experience in Cloud environments;

• Understanding of Service Governance and IT Asset Management;

• ServiceNow and/or ITIL certification.
