Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery

• Taking charge of all development tasks and ensuring comprehensive quality control of services

• Managing risks, actions, issues, and dependencies related to the architecture

• Facilitating business units by providing a quickly deliverable solution architecture

• Recognizing the team's strengths and engaging as needed to foster best practices and learning

• Taking ownership of the High-Level Architecture, democratizing it, and maintaining thorough documentation

• Participating in meetings with colleagues and other departments to meet stringent deadlines

• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and educating other developers on how to integrate recent trends

• Delivering and guiding the design of the infrastructure

• Ensuring the quality of project deliverables meets specified requirements

• Building internal confidence and ensuring team success through robust technical expertise and knowledge

• Mentoring team members (developers)

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B / B2C Digital Commerce

• Proficient in the installation, design, and implementation of Digital Commerce Systems

• Familiarity with onshore/offshore specification/documentation styles, as well as agile and hybrid implementation methodologies

• Experience in JavaScript development and enhancements

• Knowledge of search engines, message queues, and in-memory caching

• Proficient with REST APIs (preferably Stateless) and exposing data repositories via APIs on Magento

• Experience with headless/abstract architectures regarding back-end and front-end communication

• Involved in "web-speed" development with weekly releases

• Worked with open-source technologies such as React and Node.JS

• Experience in implementing tools, processes, internal instrumentation, methodologies, and overcoming obstacles

• Understanding of what Omni-Channel Commerce entails

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels

• Strong sense of prioritization and effective time management

• Solid problem-solving abilities
