Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive features from start to finish — encompassing initial design, implementation, deployment, and post-release monitoring — across both the front-end and back-end layers of the platform.

• Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces utilizing modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript) to guarantee an outstanding user experience.

• Create robust back-end services and APIs that align with the platform's open-API strategy and integrate seamlessly with external client and 3PL systems.

• Design, query, and optimize data models in relational databases to ensure that product features are reliable and perform efficiently.

• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML outputs and automated decision-making into intuitive, user-facing product workflows.

• Oversee cloud deployments on Azure, contribute to CI/CD automation, and adopt an observability-first mindset to maintain production-ready services.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, working alongside engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver incremental value.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold high engineering standards and foster a sustainable codebase.

• Take ownership of the outcomes of delivered features, including uptime, performance optimization, and continuous improvement post-launch.

• Transform business and product requirements into well-conceived technical designs and reusable, clearly structured solutions.

• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation for features, services, and internal processes to promote transparency and knowledge transfer.

• Continually investigate emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices — including AI-powered development aids — and advocate for ideas that enhance team velocity and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience, with a proven history of delivering and maintaining production web applications.

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, with a deep understanding of object-oriented and component-based design principles, along with the ability to produce clean, modular code.

• Strong front-end expertise using modern frameworks — particularly React — complemented by solid HTML5, CSS3, and responsive layout skills.

• Established back-end proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and services using Node.js, .NET/C#, or Python, including familiarity with microservices patterns.

• Comfortable working with databases — both relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and document-oriented (MongoDB) — with strong SQL skills and data modeling capabilities.

• Practical cloud experience, preferably on Azure, encompassing application deployment, operations, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and version control using Git.

• Comfortable operating within Agile teams, demonstrating a commitment to owning features from inception to release and beyond.

• An effective communicator capable of bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, confidently engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Desirable extras include experience with Docker/Kubernetes, event-driven or message-based architectures, automated testing strategies, AI-assisted development tools, and building products supported by AI/ML or large-scale, data-intensive systems.
