Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate tasks related to legal, risk, and compliance.

• Create, develop, and deploy solutions through hands-on software engineering across both the backend and AI frameworks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the technical vision and take responsibility for the overall project delivery.

• Establish efficient workflows to minimize manual tasks for legal professionals, which includes prompt engineering, model assessment, workflow orchestration, and iterative enhancements.

• Ensure that solutions are crafted with robust data security, governance, and compliance measures, especially when dealing with sensitive legal and client data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, ideally within legal, regulatory, or compliance sectors.

• Proficiency in Python is essential.

• Extensive experience in constructing RAG pipelines, natural language processing, and prompt engineering.

• A proven history of deploying and maintaining systems at scale with exceptional reliability.

• Thorough testing, code review, and documentation practices that elevate team standards.

• Knowledge of AWS (or similar cloud platforms) is preferred.
