Full-Stack Developer, AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments encompassing bug fixes, feature enhancements, code refactoring, and testing.

• Draft clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration testing suites.

• Assess peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written English proficiency at an advanced professional level.

• 3–7 years of hands-on software engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and work through large, multi-file codebases.

• Background in conducting code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations.
