Full-Stack Developer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding projects encompassing bug resolution, feature enhancement, code refactoring, and testing.

• Produce clear natural-language specifications along with reference implementations.

• Build and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written proficiency in English at an advanced level.

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated capability to debug and navigate through extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Background in conducting code reviews, code refactoring, and managing production migrations.
