FT Call Center Agent I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Arrange appointments for prospective blood donors through calls made to individuals from various sources.

• Reach out to both active and former blood donors to enhance donation frequency and increase donor participation at chapter offices or blood drives.

• Manage reminder calls and follow-up communications.

• Record and log data accurately while maintaining essential records.

• Adhere to established processes and appropriate scripts while conducting donor calls.

• Ensure a consistent and positive experience for donors.

• Engage proactively and positively with both internal and external customers in a customer-centric manner.

• Exhibit care and compassion while striving to meet collection goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• At least one year of experience in telephone and customer service or telemarketing is required.

• Proficiency in computer use is essential.

• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities are mandatory.

• Strong verbal communication skills are required.

• Ability to handle potentially challenging customers effectively.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Standard work schedule includes Sunday from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm and Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 8:30 pm; Fridays and Saturdays are off.
