Frontend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and execution of intricate frontend features utilizing TypeScript and React, ensuring the creation of high-quality, reusable components that scale effectively across our financial products.

• Provide technical guidance in architectural decisions and establish best practices for frontend development.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to outline and implement user-friendly interfaces that assist ecommerce brands in accessing and managing their funding.

• Propel enhancements in performance, accessibility, and user experience throughout our platform.

• Mentor junior developers and perform comprehensive code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality.

• Work together with backend teams to design and execute robust API integrations.

• Lead technical discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the team.

• Identify and proactively tackle technical debt and challenges related to system scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend development.

• Advanced expertise in TypeScript and extensive experience with React and contemporary frontend architectures.

• Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals, with an emphasis on performance optimization.

• Significant experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and managing complex state.

• Solid understanding of Python and Django, with the capability to mentor others.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high-quality testing practices.

• Proven history of leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to decompose complex issues.

• Excellent communication skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
