Frontend Product Engineer, Fluent Ukrainian – Vue/Nuxt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the core web application using Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 (SSR), which includes an AI agent builder, live chat functionality, analytics, and billing;

• Create an embedded chat widget using Vue 3 + Vite (iframe) with support for postMessage, real-time interactions, and theming;

• Design and enhance AI capabilities, including configuring the behavior of AI agents, prompts, and guardrails;

• Optimize application performance by improving the widget's bundle size, implementing lazy loading, and enhancing Core Web Vitals;

• Maintain the production environment by analyzing errors in Sentry, investigating their causes, and implementing solutions;

• Modernize legacy code while simultaneously developing new product features;

• Advance AI-assisted processes by creating rules, instructions, and skills for AI tools within the codebase;

• Participate in task decomposition and estimation, as well as formulating technical solutions in close collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams;

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Vue.js and a deep understanding of the Composition API, including composables, reactivity, and lifecycle hooks;

• Experience with Nuxt 3 in production and an understanding of SSR, particularly hydration, server-side data fetching, and middleware;

• Proficient in TypeScript;

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency;

• Experience with Pinia and an understanding of store design principles and state management in a global store;

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Vuetify, SCSS/BEM, as well as creating responsive and cross-browser layouts;

• Experience with Socket.IO and implementing real-time functionality, reconnect mechanisms, and connection state management;

• Experience integrating REST APIs, including typing, structuring requests, error handling, and authorization mechanisms;

• Understanding of iframe functionality, postMessage, cross-origin restrictions, and isolation;

• Experience with Vite, including configuration, plugin usage, and build optimization;

• Experience integrating designs from Figma into web applications and working with Figma MCP;

• Analytical thinking and experience with product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude, or similar), designing event tracking, and conversion analysis;

• Practical experience in AI-assisted or AI-agentic development (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools) and the ability to generate production-level code using AI;

• Experience conducting code reviews as a reviewer;

• Understanding of basic web security principles, including XSS and data sanitization;
