This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead and guide a skilled development team located in the EU region, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Offer technical leadership while ensuring adherence to best practices in software development, code quality, and system architecture.
• Engage in high-level architectural and design decisions for intricate software systems.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from gathering requirements to deployment, ensuring the timely delivery of premium solutions.
• Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the team's skills and output.
• Manage the performance and career growth of team members.
• Foster continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• At least 4+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• Over 8 years of experience in software development, particularly with Frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• A minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role, including mentoring, performance evaluations, and task allocation.
• Proficient with Git, ES6, Webpack, Less or Sass, and NodeJS.
• Knowledge of state management frameworks such as Vuex, Redux, or Ngrx.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Understanding of backend technologies (Java, SpringBoot).
