Frontend Engineer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Become a member of a team focused on AI-driven engineering.

• Develop and sustain frontend capabilities utilizing React/Typescript.

• Create intuitive, dependable user experiences for a data-centric web portal.

• Connect frontend features with backend services and third-party APIs.

• Produce clean, understandable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance development, debugging, refactoring, and documentation processes.

• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers in a remote-first setting.

• Proactively identify potential issues, detecting bugs, performance bottlenecks, or architectural vulnerabilities early on.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of frontend development experience.

• More than 2 years of experience with React.

• Practical experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.

• Hands-on experience in building at least one large-scale system from the ground up.

• Strong communication skills.

• Comfortable in an asynchronous, remote work environment.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership.

• Able to function effectively in a fully operational role.
