Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our current Frontend team to develop a range of reusable components and design features.

• Create and implement designs that cater to diverse audiences, addressing their specific needs.

• Evaluate user behavior and engagement metrics to create optimized user flows.

• Partner with colleagues in the Product and Engineering teams to launch key features.

• Produce high-quality code focusing on reusability, reliability, and user-friendliness.

• Generate and update technical documentation, including flow diagrams, development and testing documentation, and implementation guides.

• Engage directly with product owners, end users, and clients to gather feedback on your solutions prior to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous; alternatively, significant experience in independent code development is acceptable.

• Demonstrated experience as a frontend engineer, with at least 6 years in the field.

• Proven ability to work with multiple teams to distill requirements and conduct testing with stakeholders before launching features.

• Background in payments, crypto, fintech, and BaaS is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficient in common web technologies, and either have proficiency in or be eager to learn: TypeScript, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, React, Figma.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
