Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities for app.odos.xyz and upcoming web applications.

• Facilitate effective support for our frontend applications, enabling our team to deliver exceptional service to our users.

• Engage in frontend design discussions and iterations to create new products and enhance existing ones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

• Proficient in UI design and styling with Tailwind CSS.

• Ensure codebase consistency with eslint or similar tools.

• Conduct unit testing using Jest or comparable frameworks.

• Familiarity with state management utilizing Redux.

• Experience with NPM or similar for managing dependencies.

• Strong preference for expertise with domain-specific libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, Wagmi, D3.js, and Chart.js.

• Development of frontend usage and analytics metrics using Google Analytics.

• Propose and implement innovative solutions to achieve desired metrics aligned with business objectives.

• Plan tasks effectively using GitHub issues.

• Work proficiently with branches and pull requests.

• Automate various CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Basic understanding of AWS services and Terraform configurations is a plus.

• Preferred 3+ years of experience in frontend engineering.

• Demonstrated ability to transform designs (from Figma or similar) into fully functional applications from inception to deployment.

• Capable of developing complex custom data visualizations using various libraries, primarily D3, Chart.js, and others.

• Comfortable taking ownership of the planning and execution of production releases.

• Experience working in high-intensity, fast-paced teams or start-ups is specifically valued.

• Possess creative and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
