Frontend Developer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create innovative user-facing features and develop reusable components and libraries for future applications.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimize applications for performance and scalability, and uphold coding standards.

• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to enhance web applications, participating in code reviews to maintain high code quality.

• Tackle performance and scalability challenges and transform intricate Figma designs into CSS/JS code, primarily utilizing JavaScript libraries like React for seamless backend integration.

• Maintain and enhance existing codebases, ensuring compliance with standards through peer code reviews.

• Oversee automated testing processes, including drafting and maintaining test scripts using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, and Storybook, to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in JavaScript and its core concepts.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with TypeScript.

• At least 5 years of experience with React and Single-Page Applications (SPA).

• Over 3 years of practical experience in HTML5 and CSS3.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with GraphQL and Apollo.

• At least 2 years of experience with modern CSS/SCSS/Less/CSS-in-JS development.

• Strong background in visual regression tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Storybook, Chromatic, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with Ant Design or TailwindCSS.

• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative team player, and a service-oriented approach.

• A strong passion for software development.

• Capable of taking responsibility for the project.
