This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces based on Figma designs.
• Write clean, custom CSS/SCSS utilizing modern layout techniques, opting for frameworks only when necessary.
• Develop interactive user interfaces using Vanilla JavaScript and React/Next when applicable.
• Integrate your front-end work with Contentful, Drupal, and WordPress, quickly adapting to each platform.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude) to expedite bug resolution and streamline repetitive aspects of the build process, allowing you to concentrate on your craft.
• Assist in feature development and bug resolution across multiple ongoing projects.
• Engage in code reviews while upholding front-end best practices regarding performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and backend developers to transform requirements into deployable features.
• Identify obstacles early and provide realistic estimates for your work to ensure timely releases.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in developing modern, responsive web user interfaces.
• Strong foundational knowledge of vanilla JavaScript, along with proficiency in React/Next.
• In-depth understanding of contemporary CSS/SCSS best practices (semantic, maintainable, and accessible).
• Experience in building from Figma, able to interpret design files, components, tokens, and specifications.
• Familiarity with modern animation libraries.
• Knowledge of current front-end build/bundling tools (e.g., Vite, esbuild, Webpack).
• Proficient in using Git.
• Practical experience with one or more of Contentful, Drupal, or WordPress.
• Understanding of PHP.
• Comfortable utilizing AI coding tools (Claude) for debugging and scaffolding.
