⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a Front-end Software Engineer.

• Proficient in React and TypeScript development at an expert level.

• Expertise in enterprise UI frameworks (Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar).

• Experience in implementing design systems and developing component libraries.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles (cross-device layouts and adaptive interfaces).

• Familiarity with modern CSS architecture (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, styled-components, etc.).

• Strong understanding of visual design and UI/UX principles.

• Experience with API integration with .NET backend services (REST).

• Understanding of .NET API patterns and data contracts.

• Knowledge of AWS frontend infrastructure (CloudFront, S3, Amplify).

• Adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG compliance, semantic HTML, ARIA).

• Familiarity with modern frontend architecture patterns and state management (Zustand, Jotai, Context API, or similar).

• Experience in performance optimization and bundle management (Webpack, Vite).

• Familiarity with animation and micro-interaction libraries as needed (Motion, GSAP, or similar).

• Capable of handling real-time data and integrating WebSocket.

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright).

• Proficient in Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.

• Understanding of design tools and workflows (collaborating using Figma).

• Familiarity with AI/LLM feature integration from a frontend perspective.

• Experience with enterprise content management systems (Strapi, Sitecore).

• Ability to create a professional appearance for applications without dedicated design resources.

• Strong attention to detail in UI implementation and visual refinement.

• Capability to translate design concepts into production-ready React components.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
