Front End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Contribute to the essential operations of the company by designing and structuring web pages.

• Develop user interface enhancements.

• Enhance web pages for optimal speed and scalability.

• Collaborate with back-end developers on coding and troubleshooting tasks.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.

• Motivate the organization towards product excellence by serving as a thought leader and mentor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience, ideally within the fintech sector.

• Proven experience in JavaScript.

• Extensive knowledge of Typescript and React.

• Familiarity with back-end programming in Go.

• Strong understanding of fundamental design principles.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• A humble and resourceful mindset; you thrive on getting things done efficiently.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity; capable of independently formulating and testing clear hypotheses and resolving issues without precise direction.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Experience in banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service industries.

• Experience with digital assets is preferred, but not mandatory.
