Front-end Development Specialist, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance frontend solution architectures, considering functional requirements, performance, and scalability.

• Develop and advocate for organizational standards regarding security, quality, and the advanced application of the JavaScript runtime.

• Design, create, and distribute internal tools, frameworks, or libraries to standardize builds, testing, and rendering techniques across various projects.

• Suggest and implement architectural enhancements in React and Angular applications, collaborating closely with UX/UI, backend, and QA teams.

• Act as a technical reference during strategic discussions, guiding the team's technical growth and promoting the adoption of industry best practices.

• Collaborate on the design of scalable solutions, which includes defining system integrations, versioning, and advanced modularization.

• Ensure compliance with Itaú's quality standards by actively engaging in agile ceremonies and fostering continuous innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Angular and React, with demonstrated experience in complex projects.

• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

• Experience in implementing and managing scalable frontend architectures, including integration with design systems, state management (Redux/NgRx), and automated testing.

• Familiarity with configuring advanced build tools (Webpack/Rollup) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Practical experience in creating internal frameworks/libraries to enhance build processes, testing (unit/E2E/accessibility), and rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR).

• Strong understanding of frontend security in accordance with OWASP standards.

• Advanced proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.

• Experience with microfrontends and advanced strategies for modularization and integration.

• Knowledge of implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for web hosting and distribution using AWS (S3, CloudFront).

• Development of internal tools aimed at performance monitoring, cache optimization, and automation of continuous integration.

• Previous experience acting as a technical reference within large multidisciplinary teams.

• Contributions to community development initiatives, open-source projects, or internal technical knowledge sharing (workshops, training).

• Focus on web performance optimization related to SEO, load times, and accessibility.
